Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal – Pasablo

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find all information regarding returns and your right of withdrawal.


1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

For non-personalised products, a legal 14-day cooling-off period applies, starting the day you receive your order.

Within this period you may:

  • inspect and assess the product

  • cancel your purchase without giving any reason

To use this right, notify us within 14 days at info@pasablo.nl. After your notification, you have another 14 days to return the product.


2. Exception: Personalised Products

Many Pasablo items are custom-made or engraved according to your specifications.

Therefore:

!Personalised items cannot be returned!

This includes items with names, custom dimensions, or special requests.

Exceptions only apply when:

  • the product arrives damaged,

  • a production error has been made,

  • or the engraving does not match the order.

In such cases, contact us promptly via info@pasablo.nl with clear photos, and we will resolve it.


3. Conditions for Returns

Returned products must (as far as reasonably possible):

  • be unused and complete

  • be clean and in original condition

  • preferably be returned in the original packaging

Items showing wear, damage, or incorrect use may not be fully refunded.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless Pasablo made an error.

  • Unpaid or insufficiently stamped parcels cannot be accepted.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days,

  • using the same payment method you used at checkout.

Items that do not meet the return conditions may be refused or refunded only partially.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Product Received

If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, please report this within 48 hours to info@pasablo.nl, including photos of:

  • the damaged product

  • the packaging

  • the shipping label

We will arrange a suitable solution (replacement, repair, or refund).


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible for non-personalised items.
Personalised products cannot be exchanged unless Pasablo made an error.


8. Items Excluded from Return

Returns are not accepted for:

  • custom-made items

  • engraved or personalised products

  • used products

  • products damaged through improper use

  • items that cannot be returned due to their nature


9. How to Request a Return

Send an email to info@pasablo.nl including:

  • your name

  • your order number

  • the item(s) you want to return

  • (optional) the reason for the return

You will receive the return instructions and address.
