These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via the Pasablo website (www.pasablo.nl)
and to all agreements between Pasablo and its customers.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Contact
We do our best to answer your questions as quickly as possible.

Email: via the contact form on our website or the email address listed online.
We aim to respond to your message within 24 business hours.

2. Delivery Time
Delivery times vary per product.

The estimated delivery time is shown:
on the product page
in the shopping cart during checkout

Delivery times are expressed in business days and serve as an indication, not a strict deadline.
If a product is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

3. Warranty & Use
Our products are carefully crafted using high-quality materials.

3.1 Damage upon delivery
Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
Is the product damaged on arrival?
→ Contact us as soon as possible, preferably with photos of the product and packaging.

3.2 Damage after use
We cannot provide warranty for damage that occurs after the product has been used, as we cannot verify how it was handled or stored.

We recommend:
storing the product clean and dry after use
avoiding unnecessary exposure to weather conditions
following any usage guidelines as provided on our website

4. Shipping & Pickup
All orders are shipped via PostNL.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

If possible, you may also choose to pick up your order at our location.
Please contact us in advance using the contact details on our website.

5. Prices & Errors
All prices shown on our website include VAT.
Any shipping fees are displayed separately during the ordering process.

5.1 Obvious errors
We do our best to display all information and prices accurately.

In case of a clearly incorrect price (e.g., typographical error or technical issue), we reserve the right to:
cancel the order, or
request confirmation of the corrected price before proceeding with delivery.
In such cases, we will always contact you.

6. Ordering Process
6.1 Adding products to your cart

Click “Add to cart” to place a product in your shopping basket.

In your cart you can:
change quantities
remove products
continue shopping

6.2 Removing a product
Remove a product by clicking the “X” or the remove option next to the item.

6.3 Completing your order
Click “Checkout” to proceed.
During checkout you can:
review and edit your details
select your payment method

Before payment is completed, you can still:
return to your shopping cart
cancel the entire order

7. Payment
We offer several secure payment options:
iDEAL
Bank transfer (pre-payment)
Credit card (Mastercard, Visa)
PayPal
Bancontact (Belgian customers)

Need a different payment method?
→ Contact us — we’re happy to look for a suitable solution.

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received (except in the case of certain credit card or PayPal transactions with direct authorization).
