At Pasablo, we ensure your order is shipped safely, quickly and with care. On this page you will find all information about delivery times, shipping costs, the countries we deliver to, and what you can expect during the shipping process.


Delivery Times

Our delivery times vary per product, especially for handmade or personalized items such as liberty dressage blocks, balance boards and stable accessories.

  • The expected delivery time is clearly stated on each product page.

  • During checkout, the delivery time is shown again in your shopping cart.

  • All delivery times are shown in business days.


Orders with Different Delivery Times

If your order contains products with different delivery times, we will ship everything in one shipment once your order is complete.
Would you like to receive part of your order earlier? Then please place two separate orders.

We offer fixed shipping rates for the following countries:

Shipping costs are always displayed clearly before checkout, so you will never encounter surprises.


Delivery to Other Countries

We primarily ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Ireland, Italy, Austria, Poland, Portugal and Spain.
Shipping to additional countries is possible on request.

Because shipping rates differ per region, we are happy to provide a tailored quote.

Track & Trace

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Track & Trace code (if available).
With this unique code, you can easily follow the status of your parcel online.


Delays During Shipping

Have you not received your order within the indicated delivery time?

  • Please contact us via the contact form.

  • If your parcel has not arrived within 4 business days after dispatch, contact us immediately and include your order number.

We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and keep you updated until it is resolved.


Not at Home During Delivery

If you are not at home when delivery is attempted:

  • The courier will leave a notification with a new delivery attempt or a pickup point.

Please note:
If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to Pasablo, a new shipping attempt is possible.
However, the additional shipping costs will be your responsibility.


Cancelled or Unavailable Items

In rare cases, an item may be cancelled—for example, if it unexpectedly becomes unavailable.

  • The payment obligation for this item is automatically cancelled.

  • Already paid? We will refund the amount as soon as possible.

  • If desired, we can send an alternative or replacement product after consultation.
